Missions of the portal

Luxembourg.lu is the official portal of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Its objectives are:

• improving the visibility of Luxembourg in the world;
• inform the public about the country;
• guide visitors towards competent partners;
• promote the country's signature.

To respond to those missions, Luxembourg.lu contains articles about different topics, tools that may be of interest to visitors and a space dedicated to the the promotion of the country's signature.

Editor of the portal

Luxembourg.lu is edited by the Information and Press Service of the government (Service information et presse du gouvernement, SIP).

It has been set up with the help of the Government IT Centre (Centre des technologies de l'information et l'État, CTIE).
