Lake Echternach vibrates to techno and house sounds (and many more)

E-lake 2017 is a delight for electronic music lovers from 11 to 13 August 2017, at Lake Echternach. With Eko Frash, Royal Republic, DJ Anna Reusch and the stars of the national music scene Flore, De Läb and Dillendub, these three days of August promise to become hot.

E-lake has grown its reputation as one of the most popular festivals in the Greater Region, with electronic music, especially Techno and House, but also Indie, Acoustic, Metal and Rock. Friday, 11 August 2017 is actually dedicated to the musical groups of all styles that play on one of the two stages built around the lake of Echternach.

On Saturday, 12 August it's the turn of the DJs to entrance you with techno from 3 p.m. until 3 a.m.. And on Sunday, the party continues with Flying Sunday, a series of concerts which close a weekend of madness.

Access to the festival is free

To guarantee an easy access to the festival to all visitors, the organisers have not only created parking spaces. Those who want to travel backwards and forwards between home and the festival are encouraged to use the free Park & Ride scheme or public transport.

And for those who want to stay there to not miss any moment of the show, a campsite has been arranged for you opposite the festival area. Using the camp site costs 30 euros, which includes 10 euros deposit to cover waste disposal. It's also possible to stay at Echternach youth hostel, which is close to the festival venue.

The e-lake festival offers three days of concerts and DJ sets, all free of charge!

The e-lake festival, organised since 1996 by the Club des Jeunes of the historic town of Echternach, is one of the Grand Duchy's most firmly established music festivals. Every August about 20,000 young and not-so-young party people from all over the Greater Region settle in around the lake to listen to the concerts, have a good time among friends, and relax at the lakeside.
