The 'Vakanz' fair has been held in January each year in the Grand Duchy for more than twenty years. 200 exhibitors from all over the world present their tourist and holiday offers to the general public over an area covering more than 14,000 sq.m.
At this year's fair 'trust' is a major issue
Given the current hyper-connectivity, the tourist offer has evolved considerably in recent years. It could even be said to have become more complex. This means that today one of the main keys for making the right choice involves the trust consumers place in the various relay points – whether they are tour operators, travel agencies, tourist offices, or providers of transport or accommodation.
In this regard, the 'Vakanz' fair provides visitors with an opportunity to gather information and to meet the best specialists face to face, for offers that can be tailored to suit the consumer.
Activities for the whole family
These include indoor mini-drone flights, Segway, hoverboard, skateboard, scooter, giant play area, creative workshops, and a 3D freeride simulator. Fun for everyone, young or old!
A descending auction in favour of the association Médecins du Monde is planned. Visitors will also be able to take part in a competition - with holidays as prizes. There will of course be a food area at the fair, with three restaurants, each with its own theme: mountain chalet, beach bar, and business restaurant.
Three days to dream about your next holidays, with plenty of advice from experts. So where will your next trip take you?
